Minimum qualifications:

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the creation, execution, and legal compliance of work orders, ensuring terms are aligned. Review Operating procedures, functional and deployment plans and technology readiness.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators to create comprehensive reports for stakeholders. Collaborate with vendor partners to ensure repair and warranty processes meet quality standards and remain on schedule.
  • Work with stakeholders to define and implement secure supply chain and logistics protocols, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Prioritize and manage the backlog of fulfillment requests, ensuring timely delivery. Coordinate the delivery of equipment to customer sites, managing logistics, timing, and turn-up procedures.
  • Assess site readiness, accept hardware shipments, and orchestrate the deployment of hardware and software components to ensure a smooth customer experience.
