- Experience in leading change management efforts with a track record of driving operational improvements.

Responsibilities - Establish systems to identify and implement innovative solutions that optimize end-to-end project delivery. Proactively manage risks and drive improvements in lead-time, predictability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead programs that deliver business value by identifying and overseeing efficiency initiatives, including both in-year levers and long-term transformation opportunities.
- Design and execute data-driven programs that ensure resources are aligned to long-term strategy, empowering leaders to make informed decisions.
- Manage complex relationships across a global chain of partners. Influence and collaborate with design engineering firms, carriers, internal engineering teams, and senior executives to solve large-scale network growth challenges.
- Identify opportunities to use AI-driven solutions to reduce knowledge debt, eliminate operational friction and improve tooling efficiency.
