About the job

A problem isn't truly solved until it's solved for all. That's why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish - working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Equipment Supply Chain's (ESC) mission is to orchestrate a resilient, scalable supply chain that guarantees predictable on-time delivery and continuous cost optimization. We achieve this by empowering a high-performing global team to leverage robust, automated processes, ensuring our growth creates value through sustainability and supply. This role is responsible for ensuring that data is transformed into a strategic asset for the entire organization. This role is not just about managing data, but about enabling the business to make smarter, faster, and more data-driven decisions regarding the complex global supply chain for Google's data center equipment. A core function is establishing and enforcing robust data governance frameworks. This means ensuring data is accurate, consistent, timely, and reliable across disparate systems and teams. By leveraging data, this role identifies bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement within ESC operations.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
