Senior Program Manager III Construction & Infrastructure

You will join a top-tier team and contribute to client success by providing innovative, effective solutions in our Construction Service group at Aon Risk Solutions.

This is a hybrid role with at least three days a week in the Los Angeles, CA or San Francisco, CA office.

What the day will look like
  • Assists Account Executives and/or Brokers on assigned accounts, managing key wrap-up processes that serve clients and undertaking the client-facing and internal activities related to these processes. Program Managers will also assist Brokers as necessary particularly on Commercial Risk business.
  • Maintains effective and productive relationships with clients.
  • Primary focus is on the management of wrap-ups from inception to closure.
  • Serves independently in a client-facing capacity on matters of moderate importance and complexity. May act as the Account Executive for assigned non-complex accounts.
  • May act as placing broker on simple routine placements or renewals.
  • When not performed within a broking unit, gathers and analyzes data on exposures, loss history and standard and unique coverage needs for submissions with the Brokerage Unit.
  • Performs submission assembly/creation where assigned.
  • Facilitates the timely and accurate flow of information between clients, AE and Broker account team members.
  • Manages client open items lists and responds to client ad-hoc requests.
  • Produces regular management reports on wrap-up status.
  • Gathers and analyzes data and drafts assigned elements of client service plans, stewardship reports and other convincing presentations tailored to the needs of the audience and the circumstances of the presentation.
  • Actively supports and monitors the renewal process. At the direction of the Broker, drafts quote comparisons and follows up for binders, policies and endorsements.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • 5+ years of commercial risk complex construction insurance experience

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with Risk Management / Business related curriculum preferred or equivalent industry experience.
  • A Property and Casualty Brokers License is required or must be acquired within 90 days of hire if not already active..

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $162,500 - $232,100 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of California. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
