Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience crafting and delivering communications, narratives, and status updates for leadership or executive stakeholders.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and building alignment across disparate teams.

Preferred qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience identifying operational gaps, establishing structural rhythm of business excellence, and driving large-scale process improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools (Large Language Models (LLMs), automation) into workflows and use data-driven insights to measure program Return on Investment (ROI) and scalability.

As a Business Operations Program Manager for the Global Server Operations team, you will help influence the goal, strategy, and multi-year transformation of the end-to-end capabilities powering Google's global fleet of data centers. Driven by explosive growth and the rapidly evolving demands of AI infrastructure, our environment is extremely fast-paced, highly demanding, and scaling at unprecedented rates.
Sit within the Server Operations Strategy and Operations team, you will lead complex initiatives to unlock efficiency across our global footprint. We are looking for a resilient, well-rounded strategic and operational who can thrive in ambiguity, critically evaluate high-stakes strategic issues, back them up with robust data analysis, and build the cross-functional alignment needed to execute rapidly. You will pair this strategic skillset with the adaptability, discipline, and the operational attention to detail required to manage multiple workstreams, communicate progress, delegate effectively, and unblock immediate operational bottlenecks, all while you are designing for the long-term.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
