Job Description Summary
The Digital Program Manager is a key leadership role within the Digital Transformation Department, responsible for overseeing and guiding the strategic management of our digital project portfolio. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of digital technologies. The ideal candidate will ensure that our digital projects align with the organization's strategic goals, are effectively managed, and deliver optimal outcomes.

Resource & Budget Management
  • Oversee allocation of resources and budgets for digital initiatives.
  • Conduct financial analysis and forecasting for the portfolio.

Reporting & Analytics
  • Maintain an executive portfolio dashboard with status, risks, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:
