Organization:
SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-Bay

Position Overview:
Supports the day-to-day execution of Concierge business development programs, helping turn strategy into action and ensuring key initiatives are delivered on time and with excellence. Understands the strategy to effectively partner with local operations teams and cross-functional stakeholders across the organization to support Concierge expansion, member acquisition and retention, events, community outreach, and member engagement. Coordinates projects from planning through implementation, helping launch new initiatives while continuously improving existing programs, including the Salesforce CRM, Concierge Playbook, webinars, B2B outreach, and other growth initiatives. Keeps projects organized, removes barriers, follows through on details, and helps teams achieve measurable results while ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements

Job Description:

This is a hybrid role and the person hired must come on site a minimum of 2 days a week for meetings, work, etc. and must live a commutable distance to the office.

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
  • 2 years of recent relevant experience.

Pay Range is $48.78 to $73.17 / hour
