Full Job Description
Summary

Work independently under the direction of the Practice Director, Development and Improvement to manage and lead the coordinated activities of the F&MCW Administrative Fellowship program. Provide direction and guidance to the team to facilitate the achievement of the program's goals. Lead improvement and change activities in alignment of strategic, cross-functional efforts.

Hybrid Work Arrangement: 60% Remote, 40% onsite, must reside in the metro Milwaukee, WI area.

Primary Responsibilities

General:

  • Maintain program timeline including tracking deadlines for program deliverables.


  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional policies.


  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of program data.


  • Coordinate the development of program materials including educational materials, marketing materials, websites, forms, and reports.


  • Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive databases and files related to the program.


  • Organize internal and external meetings, site visits, and special events


  • Ensure program data and progress are reported to program stakeholders.


  • Participate on appropriate committees relevant to the advancement of the program and the profession or area of research.


  • Cultivate and maintain excellent working relationships with FT, CP, and MCW clinical departments.


Administrative Fellow Program:

  • Actively supervise, mentor, and provide performance feedback to Administrative Fellows.


  • Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for Administrative Fellows.


  • Administer the project intake and assignment processes and coordinate efforts with other project management resources.


  • Develop and maintain pipeline of post-fellowship job opportunities.


  • Continuously improve and sustain program through internal and external partnerships.


Practice Improvement:

  • Facilitate complex, cross-functional improvement teams to address performance improvement goals; effectively utilize relationships to facilitate progress within teams; use effective facilitation tools to encourage participation and enhance project progress.


  • Serve as content expert, mentor, and coach for specialty problem-solving, process improvement, and change management methodology and best practices.


  • Collaborate with operational leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to incorporate problem-solving and change methodologies into projects and daily work.


Knowledge - Skills - Abilities

  • Knowledge of technical, business, consultation, project management, and cultural awareness.
  • Customer focus, building trust, communication, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding and application of data management methods.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage project documentation, schedules, and timelines efficiently.


Qualifications

Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.

Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree

Minimum Required Experience: 8 years

Preferred Education: Master's degree

Preferred Experience: Excel experience. Staff Supervision experience. Prior experience with formal leadership development programs and/or Administrative Fellowship programs strongly preferred.

Work Environment

Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, or contact with water or other liquids. Work is performed in an environmentally controlled environment.

Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication required. May occasionally require the ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects.
