Minimum qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in one of the following: supply chain management, demand planning, logistics, agreement manufacturing, or product quality.

Preferred qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience working in a large-scale, complex supply chain environment.
  • Familiarity with supply chain planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis RapidResponse).
  • Ability to analyze data and draw insights to support decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the collection, validation, and reconciliation of demand forecasts and supply signals. Track data quality and work with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
  • Support the coordination of key planning activities, such as demand validation, Judged Demand Plan (JDP) updates, and Constrained Demand Plan (CDP) processes, ensuring timely inputs from various planners (e.g., Rack, Non-rack).
  • Monitor for potential supply/demand mismatches, track issues impacting planning, and support the identification of root causes and mitigation plans.
  • Facilitate communication and build relationships across multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Generate and distribute regular reports and dashboards on demand/supply status, plan adherence, and key metrics. Maintain and improve process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and playbooks.
