To develop, implement, improve, and manage assigned programs. The Program Manager I isresponsible for the overall success for the assigned program(s) and their role extends beyondcompletion of individual tasks. Programs are ongoing, which may include aligned projects andrequires strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts after program startup.

6Responsible for the day to day duties of assigned program(s); including data entry,tracking, and reporting. 6 Reviews program data accuracy, completeness, and required submissions. 6 Oversees program email inbox. Ensures items are handled in a timely manner. 6 Oversees completion of invoice review and payment through established processes. 6 Monitors system level reports developed for programs. Summarizes observations andconclusions to make recommendations to leadership. 6 Attends program meetings and follows-up with stakeholders on outstanding deliverablesand action items. 6 Plans, coordinates and facilitates events, conferences, and webinars. 6 Develops and publishes agendas, meeting minutes, and necessary documentation. 6 Coordinates, facilitates and leads both internal and external meetings. 6 Develops and publishes communication/updates to program stakeholders. 6 Responsible for the development of stakeholder reports on defined schedule. 6 Communicates program outcomes and potential risks to all levels of leadership. 6 Responsible for program evaluation and continuous improvement activities. 6 Responsible for the successful implementation of new and assigned programs and theirassociated processes. 6 Participates in the design, implementation, and/or expansion of strategic programs anddepartmental initiatives. 6 Utilizes established software, tools, and resources needed for program execution andoversight 6 Utilizes online collaboration applications. 6 Leads user demos, trainings and setup as assigned 6 Maintains documentation per department specifications. 6 Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

Bachelors degree and at least one (1) year of relevant programmanagement experience required. In lieu of degree, a minimum ofthree (3) years of relevant experience to include a minimum of two (2)years program management experience will be considered.

Valid California drivers license and proof of currentautomobile insurance compliant with Partnership policy are required tooperate a vehicle and travel for company business.
