Program Manager I with strong expertise in
program management, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking to oversee large, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution. This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who excels at managing complex programs, mitigating risk, and delivering measurable business value.

What You'll Do- Lead multiple high-impact programs and projects across three or more business units.
- Develop and execute project plans, budgets, schedules, forecasts, and resource strategies.
- Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and project teams to define priorities and drive successful outcomes.
- Monitor project scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risks while ensuring adherence to project governance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, allocate resources, and remove roadblocks to maintain project momentum.
- Manage stakeholder communications and provide executive-level reporting on program status and performance.
- Drive change management activities and ensure projects align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor project teams and foster a collaborative, high-performing work environment.
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of project/program management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience managing large, complex, cross-functional programs.
- Strong background in program management, stakeholder management, and strategic planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across all organizational levels.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP, PgMP, or Master's degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
