Position Summary

The Program Manager to the SVP, Global Systems Strategy & Transformation is a strategic operator and execution leader responsible for translating enterprise
transformation strategy into measurable outcomes across a global gaming organization. This role serves as a force multiplier to the SVP—driving alignment, execution rigor, and decision velocity across large-scale system, process, and operating model transformations. The Program Manager ensures strategic priorities are operationalized, cross-functional teams remain aligned, and the organization executes with clarity, discipline, and pace

Key Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Transformation Execution

  • Lead planning, orchestration, and tracking of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives (systems modernization, transformation, pricing and forecasting evolution, service model redesign, and global operating model alignment).

  • Translate strategy into execution roadmaps with defined milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.

  • Drive cross-functional programs spanning digital platforms, data capabilities, commercial processes, and operational workflows.

  • Identify risks, interdependencies, and execution gaps; proactively drive mitigation.

2. Executive Leverage & Decision Enablement

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the SVP—synthesizing complex inputs into clear, decision-ready insights and actions.

  • Ensure priorities translate into aligned execution across functions and regions.

  • Act as an extension of the SVP in key forums, reinforcing priorities and driving accountability.

  • Optimize executive focus by managing workflows, surfacing critical issues, and accelerating decision cycles.

3. Operating Model & Governance

  • Establish and continuously refine the enterprise transformation operating system (OKRs, LRP/EIC alignment, governance forums, and execution cadence).

  • Build scalable processes and decision frameworks across portfolio prioritization, investment planning, and program governance.

  • Drive transparency through standardized reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking across transformation initiatives.

4. Cross-Functional Integration

  • Align Product, Engineering, Data, Commercial, Finance, HR, and Field Operations around shared transformation priorities.

  • Ensure consistent prioritization frameworks and clear tradeoff decisions across competing initiatives.

  • Connect system, process, and organizational changes into a cohesive enterprise roadmap.

5. Executive Communications & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Develop concise, executive-ready materials for senior leadership, Board, and external stakeholders (e.g., transformation progress, system investments, commercial impact, and operational performance).

  • Translate complex transformation efforts into clear narratives that drive alignment and adoption.

  • Enable consistent communication across leadership layers during periods of organizational change.

6. Business Intelligence & Transformation Insights

  • Define and monitor KPIs for transformation success (e.g., adoption, efficiency gains, forecasting accuracy, pricing discipline, and operational throughput).

  • Partner with analytics and finance teams to establish dashboards supporting data-driven decision-making.

  • Provide insights on industry trends, technology evolution, and competitive dynamics impacting enterprise systems strategy.

Qualifications
  • 8–12+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, product operations, or enterprise program leadership; gaming or technology industry preferred.

  • Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives end-to-end.

  • Strong executive communication and storytelling capabilities.

  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels in ambiguous environments.

  • Demonstrated influence without authority across global, matrixed organizations.

  • High judgment, discretion, and stakeholder management capability at senior levels.

Success Looks Like

  • Enterprise transformation initiatives execute predictably with clear milestones and measurable impact.

  • Decision cycles are faster, with strong data-driven alignment across leadership.

  • Cross-functional teams operate with clarity, accountability, and shared priorities.

  • Systems, processes, and operating models are integrated into a cohesive enterprise strategy.

  • The SVP operates at maximum leverage, focused on the highest-value transformation decisions.
