The Role:The Program Manager, Global Onboarding designs, delivers, and improves 11:11's global new hire onboarding experience so employees ramp quickly, feel connected, and understand how their work supports company strategy. This role owns scalable onboarding programs, tools, and communications across regions; partners closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, People Operations, IT, and business leaders; and develops BU- and team-specific onboarding success plans such as 30/60/90-day plans, role-based learning paths, and stakeholder maps. This is a full-time remote U.S.-based role reporting to the Sr Manager, Talent & People Operations.
Responsibilities:- Own the strategy and roadmap for 11:11's global onboarding program, aligned with company culture, values, and talent priorities.
- Maintain a globally consistent onboarding framework that balances enterprise standards with regional business, cultural, and compliance needs.
- Design and manage the onboarding experience from offer acceptance through the first 90 days, including orientation, learning paths, manager resources, and Day 1 readiness.
- Track onboarding metrics and stakeholder feedback to evaluate effectiveness, improve the program, and inform leadership decisions.
- Develop and maintain onboarding content, playbooks, templates, and communications that are accurate, scalable, on-brand, and easy to use.
- Leverage modern HR systems, automation, AI, and other digital tools to scale our onboard workflows and improve the new hire experience.
- Partner with fellow HR teammates and leaders across the business to gather feedback, align onboarding to business needs, and strengthen engagement, retention, and connection to culture.
- Consult with business and functional leaders to define role expectations and create standardized BU- and team-level onboarding success plans, then track adoption and effectiveness.
- Manage external vendors and support execution of broader People Operations programs, communications, systems, reporting, and process improvement.
- Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with 11:11's Code of Business Ethics and Company Values
- Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per Company data handling agreements, work procedures and policies
- Review and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgements
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent years of demonstrated experience.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR, including ownership of global onboarding and employee lifecycle programs.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional programs, including roadmap planning, stakeholder management, and change management.
- Experience facilitating engaging virtual and in-person sessions for new hires and people leaders.
- Knowledge of global onboarding requirements and employee experience best practices, with the ability to balance consistency and regional needs.
- Leans in to use of AI, automation, and emerging technologies that improve efficiency and scalability across onboarding and People Operations.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data and feedback to improve program effectiveness.
- Strong partnership, communication, organization, and multi-project management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
- A positive, inclusive, service-oriented mindset and the ability to model 11:11's values.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple onboarding cohorts, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits at 11:11 SystemsThe base salary for this role ranges from $ 90,000 to $ 105,000.
These ranges are informed by market data, internal equity, and qualifications required by job level. Actual pay is based on multiple factors, including skills, experience, certifications, and location.
