Program Manager - Global Engineering Operations
Overview
IntePros is seeking a Program Manager to support a Global Engineering Operations team responsible for coordinating vendors, managing project risks, and driving cross-functional execution across large-scale engineering initiatives. This role will serve as a key liaison between vendors, project managers, and internal partners, ensuring projects remain on track through proactive communication, risk management, and operational oversight. The ideal candidate has an engineering background, strong communication skills, and thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate activities across engineering projects and operational initiatives.
  • Facilitate recurring meetings and weekly calls with project managers, vendors, and cross-functional partners to monitor progress and reduce project risks.
  • Maintain vendor scorecards and track performance metrics to ensure accountability and successful project delivery.
  • Partner with stakeholders across multiple teams and regions to drive alignment, communication, and issue resolution.
  • Identify potential risks and proactively escalate issues to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
  • Support projects throughout the full lifecycle, from initial planning and coordination through execution and completion.
  • Prepare status updates and communicate project progress, risks, and action items to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Foster collaboration among global teams with diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise.
Required Qualifications
