Qualifications

• Recent operational experience as aircrew in tactical aircraft.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred (relevant experience may substitute).
• Experience as a Weapon School Graduate, Squadron Tactics Instructor, or at Pentagon/COCOM is desired.
• Familiarity with system acquisition including development and fielding.
• Knowledge of Electronic Warfare principles and tactics is required.
• Active TOP SECRET clearance is mandatory; SECRET clearance with eligibility may be considered for qualified candidates.
• Strong written and oral communication skills needed for technical roles and presentations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; skills will be assessed during screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide warfighter input for complex operational scenarios.
• Develop evaluation metrics for Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) processes.
• Establish technical baselines and operational concepts for weapons systems.
• Collaborate with industry and government to characterize weapon capabilities in operational scenarios.
• Create and present briefing materials to communicate findings and strategic operational directives.
• Advise on operational strategies related to weapons technology and planning.
• Network with government and industry to understand future resource needs and challenges.
