Overview

FWI is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our team supporting the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville Engineering and Support Center (USACE HNC) under the Real Property Support Services III (RPSS III) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). This is your opportunity to take ownership of a complex, multi-site federal contract — leading a skilled team that helps DoD installations across the country maintain the accurate, audit-ready Real Property data they depend on for funding, planning, and compliance.

 

**Position is contingent upon contract award**

 

 

Work Schedule and Location:

Remote: This full-time remote position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm.  Travel is required.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for performance of the work, with full authority to act for the company on all contract matters relating to daily operation
  • Run the program; supervise the program team and manage conflicts across departments
  • Plan and set program goals and milestones; develop risk-management strategies
  • Define resources and schedules for program implementation
  • Clearly define requirements and set targets accordingly
  • Identify areas for internal improvement and develop and implement improvement plans

 

Qualifications

Required: 

  • At least 10 years experience supporting multiple real property systems of record
  • At least 5 years managing or supervising teams
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

 

 

Pay Range

Negotiable
