A Federal shared services provider delivers payroll for approximately 605,000 Federal employees across more than 150 agencies. To address inefficiencies in fragmented and aging payroll systems, it is implementing a scalable, cloud-based payroll solution that improves automation, data quality, userexperienceand compliance, with implementation for the full customer base targeted within eighteen months.
This position supports the core implementation call order, which covers discovery and fit-gap analysis, solution design and configuration, data migration, interface development, testing and parallel payroll validation, and cutover throughhypercare. In this role you will manage delivery of the assigned scope — data migration, interfaces, and legacy payroll analysis and parallel validation — including schedule, staffing, deliverables, subcontractadministrationand Government acceptance. Travel up to 25%.
Work is performed remotely from within the United States, with periodic on-site presence as the assignment requires.
Required:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
ERP, HCM or payroll implementation delivery, particularly Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, or federal payroll, federal HR or federal shared services

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$93,500 - $196,500
