Responsibilities:
Implement and enforce data management standards, requirements, and specifications aligned with industry and DoD best practices.
Collaborate with data owners to define data quality rules, metadata standards, and classification requirements.
Manage the collection, cataloging, distribution, and retrieval of structured and unstructured data across enterprise systems.
Identify and document customer requirements when onboarding new data assets and ensure proper classification and handling.
Maintain and update recurring data processes to preserve the integrity of existing repositories.
Analyze and develop data architectures for collection, integration, retention, and missionaligned workflows.
Build and maintain semantic ontologies, taxonomies, and machineunderstandable labels to improve discoverability and interoperability.
Develop and apply data mining, statistical, causal, and geospatial analysis to support mission analytics and decisionmaking.
Create data quality and performance metrics measuring usability, timeliness, completeness, and accuracy.
Review quality assessments and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in data management practices.
Prepare and deliver training, awareness briefings, and user guidance on data policies, security requirements, and best practices.
Support integrated project teams (IPTs) by helping identify, curate, and manage data throughout project lifecycles.
Provide full lifecycle support for datarelated applications (build, test, deploy, train).
Create and maintain documentation, including data dictionaries, process documentation, and code references.
Serve as a technical expert, leading major assignments and mentoring junior staff when required.
Required:
BA/BS in IT, Data science, CS, MIS, Engineering, or related field
TS/SCI Clearance
5+ Years professional experience in data management, data governance, analytics, or information systems
Obtain Security+ (DoW 8570 IAT Level II Baseline) within 6 months of start date.
Have one or more of the following: CDMP Practitioner, Master (DAMA), CISSP, CompTIA Data+
Expertise designing and maintaining semantic ontologies, taxonomies, and metadata structures (RDF/OWL/SPARQL).
Demonstrated leadership in data governance councils, mission data strategy efforts, or COCOMlevel working groups.
Experience supervising or mentoring data stewards, analysts, or developers in a multisystem environment.
Ability to integrate data processes with operational planning, intelligence fusion, or missioncritical COCOM systems.
Desired:
Proven ability to design and maintain semantic ontologies, taxonomies, and controlled vocabularies (RDF/OWL/SPARQL).
Experience building enterprisescale data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and automated data quality checks.
Currently hold one or more of the following certifications: Security+ (DoW 8570 IAT Level II Baseline) and or CDMP Master (DAMA)

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$71,500 - $150,200About CACI International
