Program Manager • Federal Agency Mission Support (Contingent Upon Award)Location: Hybrid; onsite at the Herbert C. Hoover Building, Washington, DC as operational needs dictate, with remote collaboration
Clearance: Public Trust; active clearance holders encouraged to apply
Start: Anticipated October 2026, contingent upon contract award
Responsibilities - Serve as primary interface with the Contracting Officer, COR, and Government leadership, from kickoff through monthly status reporting
- Lead, prioritize, and reallocate a cross-functional team as mission priorities shift
- Oversee quality and timeliness of all deliverables, including financial reporting, dashboards, and executive products
- Manage staffing, onboarding, and backfill to keep every seat filled
- Support strategic planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication across the office
Required Qualifications - Master's degree in a related field OR active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Minimum 7 years of direct project management experience, including at least 3 years managing large-scale government contracts or complex financial management projects
- Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams, managing budgets over $3M, and delivering within tight timelines under regulatory constraints
- Proven track record in strategic planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication in a government or financial services environment
Preferred - Federal financial management experience (budget execution, reconciliation, spend plans) in a federal ERP environment
- Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms
- Department of Commerce or federal civilian agency experience
