Job Description
Cape Fox Endeavor is accepting resumes for a
Program Manger to provide services at the Environment Protection Agency (EPA). The Program Manager will report to the Director of Strategic Health and Safety Operations. They will be the lead for all contract efforts, provide leadership, and guidance to the entire team. They will serve as the primary point of contact for the EPA OHS customer base, ensuring that all processes are well defined, deliverables are on time, network services are being offered smoothly, and all those clinic locations are properly staffed. They will also handle other duties as assigned by their supervisor and or Eagle Health leadership.
The salary for this exempt position has been established at: $137,500.00.This salary represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Responsibilities:
- Provide management, coordination and completion of projects.
- Ability to set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of projects.
- Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of projects.
- Apply experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Lead and direct the work of others.
- Directly manage all related vendor and subcontract relationships.
- Ensure that all staffing levels are properly met.

Job Requirements
- Certification: Project Management Professional certification is desired, not required, and will be considered a strength.
- A degree from a four-year college or university. A background in science or medicine is preferred.At least three (3) years of experience managing and leading clinical operations with a preference for occupational health practices. At least 2 years of experience working in and leading key program areas of federal contract(s) related to medicine, science, research, or another related field.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with minimal oversight.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
