Qualifications

• Proven success in rolling out initiatives across large account or business-unit portfolios.
• Strong technical skills in specifying and adopting tooling and automation; familiarity with AI-driven workflows.
• Expertise in data analytics, capable of building and analyzing dashboards and modeling adoption metrics.
• Experience in stakeholder management up to CXO level with a focus on influencing without formal authority.
• Preferred certifications include PMP, Agile, and equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drive the comprehensive rollout of growth initiatives across a portfolio of 150+ accounts.
• Establish and manage program governance including milestone tracking and adoption dashboards.
• Transform strategic goals into actionable execution plans with clear accountability and metrics.
• Utilize data to inform decision-making by defining KPIs and identifying adoption gaps.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address blockers and ensure compliance with rollout cadences.
• Implement lightweight tools and automation to support initiatives, enhancing efficiency without heavy processes.
• Oversee interdependencies between concurrent initiatives to manage resources effectively.
