Job Description

Role Summary

Own the systematic rollout of growth initiatives across the P155 account portfolio. This is a delivery-heavy, tech-first PM role: you will operationalize commercial and growth programs at scale, drive adoption across 150+ accounts, and turn strategy into tracked, measurable execution with single-threaded accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end rollout of P155 growth initiatives across 150+ accounts - from design intake through pilot, scale, and steady-state adoption.
  • Build and run the program governance layer: milestone tracking, RAID logs, adoption dashboards, and exception-based escalation to leadership.
  • Translate growth strategy into structured execution plans with clear owners, cadences, and success metrics per account/segment.
  • Instrument every initiative with data - define KPIs, build tracking, surface adoption gaps, and report verdict-first status to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate across LCPs, GRMs, Unit Heads, sales enablement to remove blockers and enforce cadence compliance.
  • Stand up scalable, lightweight tooling (trackers, automation, AI-assisted workflows) over heavy process - bias toward minimum viable rollout.
  • Manage interdependencies across concurrent initiatives, sequencing rollouts to avoid account-team overload.
  • Run weekly operating rhythm: pipeline of initiatives, at-risk accounts, and next-action plans.

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in program/project management running complex, multi-stakeholder programs at enterprise scale.
  • Demonstrated track record rolling out initiatives across large account/business-unit portfolios.
  • Strong technical fluency - comfortable specifying, evaluating, and deploying tooling and automation;fluent with AI-led workflow enablement.
  • Strong data analytics capability - can build and interpret dashboards, model adoption/gap analysis, and drive decisions from data (Excel/BI tools essential; SQL/Python a plus).
  • Proven stakeholder management up to CXO level; able to influence without authority.
  • PMP / Agile / equivalent certification preferred.
