Job Summary

The Program Manager - Energy Transition is responsible for leading through influence and coordinating cross-functional initiatives across manufacturing ramp-up, production transfers, quality investigations, cost reduction, and product development within our largest and fastest-growing business segment. As the Energy Transition segment continues to scale rapidly, this role will bring structure, discipline, and accountability to critical initiatives across the global organization. This individual will serve as the central driver of execution, ensuring priorities are aligned, actions are closed on time, risks are escalated early, and key milestones stay on track.

This role is critical to aligning teams, maintaining momentum on key initiatives, and turning plans into results across the business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with local project teams to lead and coordinate internal cross-functional projects across manufacturing ramp-up, product transfers, quality investigations, cost reduction, and product development.
  • Develop and maintain a structured process to manage multiple project plans, action logs, timelines, and milestone trackers, ensuring clear visibility and accountability across initiatives.
  • Drive follow-up with internal teams with a strong bias for action, ensuring commitments are completed on time and issues are escalated quickly when progress stalls.
  • Partner with global Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Product teams to align priorities and resolve roadblocks.
  • Support manufacturing ramp-up efforts by flagging constraints to readiness activities, tracking open items, and helping teams meet launch and capacity milestones.
  • Coordinate quality investigations and corrective action follow-through to ensure closure of key issues and prevention of repeat problems.
  • Stay up to date and support cost reduction initiatives, ensuring savings ideas move through evaluation, ownership, and execution.


  • Monitor project risks, identify gaps early, and escalate issues to leadership with clear recommendations and recovery actions.
  • Prepare clear status updates weekly to BLL and communicate progress, risks, and decisions to leadership and project stakeholders.
  • Travel as needed to support project execution, site coordination, and collaboration across locations.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or product-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with strong on-time delivery results
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • High-energy self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to drive progress in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Demonstrated bias for action with the ability to make progress through ambiguity, drive urgency, and move teams from discussion to execution
  • Proven ability to lead through influence, align stakeholders, and push initiatives forward without direct authority
  • Demonstrated ability to cut through complexity, remove roadblocks, and keep teams focused on critical actions and milestones

Total Rewards
The compensation range for this position is $124,000.00 - $186,000.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
