SUMMARYPlans, organizes, and controls an assigned product line from conceptual stages through product life cycles to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives by performing the following duties. Support the organization's business strategy by knowing/understanding internal/external expectations, complying with the quality and environmental systems, and implementing/executing/maintaining continual improvement activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Creates and maintains program schedules to successfully launch new products.
- Closely communicates and interacts with internal and external stakeholders to ensure master program schedule dates and actions are completed on-time.
- Proactively identifies and resolves problems (including human and machine resource constraints) which could negatively impact new products.
- Directs and coordinates activities of Dynacast Elgin to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
- Prepares project reports for internal and external program stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree or minimum 5 years of Program Management experience in manufacturing.
