Description:Diversified Systems is searching for a Program Manager to manage and coordinate multiple IT and business solution projects whose primary stakeholders are agency executives and organizations responsible for service and product delivery. Under broad supervision, manages projects through the full life cycle from project definition through implementation of project deliverables and creates collaborative partnerships with all internal and external team members to accomplish deliverables.

- Apply project management methodologies and enforce project standards.
- Direct development and implementation of project planning documents, including cost management plans, schedule management plans, scope management plans, quality management plans, risk management plans, communication plans, change management plans, implementation plans, procurement management plans, and staffing plans.
- Create and execute project work plans and revise as needed to meet changing requirements.
- Review deliverables and ensure that project documents are complete, current, and archived appropriately.
- Set and manage client expectations while continually seeking to increase customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate client meetings effectively and communicate relevant project information to superiors.
- Focus on strategic planning of federal and state mandated projects.
- Develop and implement policies relating to project management.
- Develop scope of projects, including scope planning, definition, verification, and change control.
- Develop plans and execute projects.
- Define timelines of projects from beginning to end.
- Outline phases and staff assigned to complete work tasks.
- Manage activity definition, sequencing, duration estimating, schedule development, and control.
- Develop resources and estimate costs.
- Develop budgets and control costs.
- Ensure quality control.
- Oversee staff acquisition and team development.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify risks and risk response control.
- Prepare all closeout activities when projects are completed.
- Promote project management best practices across the state through project management training, certification, project mentoring, and guideline development.
- Develop, maintain, and promote the state's project management methodology.
- Work with Statewide IT Policy to write, implement, and monitor project management policies.
- Attend senior staff meetings and provide presentations to public and private groups.
Requirements:- 7 years of demonstrated leadership in managing infrastructure-centric initiatives, including server migrations, end-of-life remediation, and data center consolidations required.
- 5 years of infrastructure domain knowledge required.
- 2 years of proficiency in overseeing Azure or AWS deployments, facilitating cloud migrations, and directing Microsoft 365 service projects, including Exchange required.
- 2 years of established capability in managing disaster recovery efforts and related projects within hybrid and cloud environments required.
- 2 years of specialized project management experience in IT/cybersecurity with an emphasis on information security, risk management, and regulatory compliance required.
- 2 years of proven success working within large-scale, complex, matrixed, and highly regulated organizations governed by IT policies and standards required.
- 5 years of advanced proficiency in Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project management methodologies required.
- 5 years of extensive experience utilizing MS Office suite required.
- PMP Certification highly desired.
- Familiarity with Broadcom Clarity EPPM Tool highly desired.
