As a Program Manager, GS-0340-14, your typical work assignments may include:
- Implement the goals and objectives of the SES CDP.
- Oversee the overall planning, direction and timely execution of several program segments.
- Ensure that assigned programs and processes are covered by internal controls.
- Perform liaison with high-ranking officials in other components, top-level managers in the agency, and various governing boards/committees.

QualificationsSpecialized Experience:You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal government, performing duties such as:
- managing all aspects of a program.
- making recommendations for improvements within an area of responsibility.
- developing internal controls to prevent fraud, waste and misuse of resources.
- providing written and oral reports with alternatives and conclusions on national policies, projects or studies.
Substitution of education in lieu of specialized experience may not be used for this grade level.

Time-in-grade: Current General Schedule (GS) federal employees, and those that have served in GS positions within the last 52 weeks, must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade, or a combination of the next lower grade level and an equivalent band in the federal service by the closing of this announcement.
