How you will make history here...

The Program Manager, Data & Product Management serves as a key operational leader within the Central Data & Product Delivery Team, partnering closely with leadership to ensure enterprise investments in data, analytics, AI, data science, and digital capabilities are aligned to strategic priorities, have clear business ownership, and deliver measurable business value.

This role is responsible for managing the intake, prioritization, governance, and performance management processes that enable the organization's data and digital strategy. The Program Manager will lead demand management processes, support the implementation of the Product Operating Model, coordinate adoption and value realization activities, and provide visibility into portfolio performance across enterprise initiatives.

The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, Product Managers, Data Governance, Data & Analytics technology teams, and executive leadership to ensure the right work is prioritized, accountable business owners are identified and expected business outcomes are achieved.

The Program Manager helps the enterprise answer four critical questions:
• Are we working on the highest-value opportunities?
• Is there a committed business owner accountable for adoption and value?
• Are we realizing the expected business outcomes?
• Do leaders have the visibility needed to make informed investment decisions?

By establishing consistent processes, governance, and performance measures, this role helps ensure Campbell's digital investments remain focused on the initiatives that deliver the greatest business impact and strategic value.

Essential Job Duties

Portfolio & Demand Management
• Lead enterprise intake, evaluation, and prioritization processes for data, reporting, analytics, AI, and data science opportunities to ensure resources are focused on the highest-value business needs.
• Facilitate evaluation, prioritization, and routing of incoming requests to appropriate Product Managers, Product Owners, and delivery teams.
• Maintain a consolidated portfolio view of initiatives, priorities, backlog[DJ1.1] dependencies, business ownership, resource requirements, and implementation status.
• Coordinate governance forums, prioritization reviews, and investment decision-making processes across business and technology stakeholders.
• Ensure initiatives have defined business sponsors, accountable owners, adoption plans, expected outcomes, and value measurement approaches before entering delivery.

Product Operating Model Enablement
• Support the rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of Campbell's Product Operating Model.
• Develop and maintain operating procedures, governance frameworks, intake processes, templates, and supporting documentation.
• Partner with Product Managers and Product Owners to establish consistent planning, prioritization, roadmap, and value realization practices.
• Promote adoption of product-centric ways of working across business and technology teams.
• Support organizational change management, communications, and training activities related to digital governance and product management practices.

Value Realization & Adoption Management
• Establish and maintain processes to track adoption, utilization, business outcomes, and value realization for digital products and initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define measurable success metrics, KPIs, and expected benefits.
• Monitor performance against business commitments and identify risks to adoption or value realization.
• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and portfolio reporting to provide transparency into performance and outcomes.
• Facilitate value realization reviews and recommend actions when initiatives are not meeting expected results.

Program Leadership & Governance
• Coordinate cross-functional programs involving business functions, Product Managers, Data Governance, Data Science, Analytics, and IT Data & Analytics teams.
• Manage governance activities, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and stakeholder communications across the portfolio.
• Facilitate steering committees, governance forums, prioritization reviews, and executive updates.
• Drive accountability for action items, decisions, and follow-through across stakeholders.
• Support annual planning, investment reviews, and portfolio prioritization processes.

Strategic & Operational Support
• Serve as a trusted partner to the VP, Digital, Data & AI Governance in establishing and operating the Central Data & Product Delivery Team.
• Help define, implement, and continuously improve governance processes, operating rhythms, metrics, and management reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve transparency, efficiency, adoption, and business value across the digital portfolio.
• Support strategic planning, roadmap development, organizational communications, and leadership presentations.

Scope of Responsibility
• Supports an enterprise-wide portfolio of data, analytics, AI, reporting, data science, and digital initiatives.
• Influences prioritization, investment, sequencing, and governance decisions across multiple business functions.

• Operates across strategy, governance, prioritization, adoption, and value realization activities.
• Prepares concise[DJ2.1] visibility and reporting to senior leadership regarding portfolio health, business ownership, adoption metrics, and realized business outcomes.
• Exercises considerable independent judgment in coordinating priorities, resolving conflicts, and improving enterprise processes.
• While delivery of solutions remains the responsibility of Product Teams and Technology Delivery teams, this role is accountable for ensuring initiatives have appropriate prioritization, business sponsorship, adoption plans, and value realization measures in place before and after implementation.
