Leading at CGINTL - Values in Action- Accountability. The PM owns the result. Our Leaders take responsibility for the success of the vision, mission, and strategy - and we hold a no-excuse-here mindset. On a FFP task order where savings and overruns both stay with us, that ownership is financial as well as operational.
- Integrity & Trust. Always the first to tell the truth. The PM surfaces a slipping deliverable or an adoption problem to the COR before the COR finds it - that is how trust is earned, and trust is the foundation of a change management engagement.
