Location: 42 W 39th Street, 10th Floor, New York, NY 10018

Job Type: Full Time, Onsite Monday - Friday (8:30AM-5:15PM)

Job Description: Bradford Construction has an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead one of our established construction management mentorship programs. The program provides comprehensive and measurable technical assistance, as well as capacity building services to experienced participant firms.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all technical assistance provided through the program, including the delivery of construction-related guidance and advisory support.
  • Oversee the development of the program to include training, workshops, educational classes, one-on-ones, and information sessions.
  • Collaborate with participating firms to determine their desired growth in both the public and private sectors, including guidance on remaining independent versus becoming a union signatory.
  • Complete annual assessments of participating contractors, providing clear, actionable recommendations for improvement and growth.
  • Develop action plans based on annual assessments, including identifying technical assistance services and training modules to support contractor development.
  • Collaborate with our public agency client to monitor, track, and encourage the growth of participating contractors.

Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of full-time and diverse experience within a construction-related field, with 5 years being in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Experience with NYC public agencies, preferably the NYC School Construction Authority.
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written - and a passion for being in a people-centric role.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Education: Bachelors' degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a Construction-related field. #LI-Onsite

$135,000-$170,000 USD
