Job Summary
The Digital Program Manager plays a critical role in delivering strategic initiatives for Client & Customer Experience team. This position supports the digital strategy by establishing a clear vision and actionable roadmap for digital capabilities aligned with business objectives. The Digital Program Manager ensures effective governance, tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), and supports execution to drive transformation and enhance the customer experience. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and the ability to navigate a complex, matrixed organization.
Key Responsibilities
General Program ManagementOwn and manage digital program roadmap, planning ceremonies, and goal review cyclesLead timely and accurate reporting across the program portfolioManage multiple projects of varying scope and complexity, ensuring on-time delivery of milestonesMonitor initiative and epic progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategiesFacilitate collaboration and identify cross-segment opportunitiesAct as escalation point and gatekeeper for ad-hoc segment-specific requestsChampion change management, innovation, and the digital vision across teamsEnsure consistent and clear communication across stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Reporting: Create and deliver executive-level portfolio status presentationsStakeholder Management: Engage business and technology partners to achieve program goalsMetrics: Work with partners to monitor KPIs and track progress against targets
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on project and program management experience within the digital spaceStrong background in financial services (insurance, investments, or banking preferred)Experience in B2B environments; background may include technical, medical, or financial sectorsProven success working in large, complex, matrixed organizationsSkilled in preparing and presenting communications for senior executives and boardsUnderstanding of corporate financials and ability to align project goals with business outcomesExperience in digital strategy, transformation, marketing, or innovationDemonstrated ability to monitor projects, manage escalations, and drive successful outcomes

PMP, Agile, or related project management certificationExperience with executive-level reporting tools or dashboards
