Program Manager - Complex Early Engagements (HPE GreenLake)

This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

Job Family Definition:

Leads customer engagements across the lifecycle, from presales to delivery handoff, ensuring alignment to scope, time, budget, and quality expectations. Responsible for planning, shaping, and managing delivery strategies, risk reporting, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

Management Level Definition:

Operates as a leader of high-risk, high-value, multi-workstream global engagements. Provides leadership across cross-functional teams, driving governance, delivery strategy, and execution alignment in complex environments.
