Minimum qualifications:

Beyond executing core cashflow and CapEx operations, you will lead the strategic expansion of our Opex foundations, building GDC-level reporting, analytics, and forecasting frameworks from the ground up. You will translate complex trends into actionable insights for leadership and partner across Construction, Design, Finance, and Accounting. Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly cashflow operations, including coordinating communications and ensuring cross-functional process adherence across the GDC program.
• Drive the operational execution of quarterly Capital Expenditure (CapEx) accruals, maintaining operational excellence to meet business timelines.
• Own monthly cashflow report development and establish strict data hygiene protocols to achieve data accuracy across all dashboards.
• Partner with stakeholders to build GDC-level Operational Expenditure (Opex) reporting, analytics, forecasting, and planning frameworks.
