Summary

The Program Manager is responsible for the development of program creation and development, project planning and delivery in collaboration within a Global Client Account team. The role provides detailed development and management expertise on a global account to plan and execute projects across a commercial real estate portfolio. They will collaborate directly with senior program managers, client program sponsors, and account leadership on the development of strategies to enhance program performance, growth and client value. The role will lead initiatives to plan, implement and deliver construction project management, such as base building and commercial interior renovation upgrades and tracking of supplier management for various projects across an account portfolio.

This person needs to be client-focused, highly organized and be able to build and maintain client and team trust. The ideal person for this role will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, working with different levels of the client and Cresa colleagues to deliver exceptional program outcomes.

Essential duties and responsibilities

Program Delivery and Execution
    • Responsible for delivery oversight and execution and day-to-day management across multiple sites.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, client stakeholders, consultants, and suppliers to support project execution, delivery schedules, and operational consistency.
    • Track program milestones, risks, action items, and dependencies to support successful delivery outcomes.
    • Assist with program documentation, rollout planning, meeting coordination, and status reporting.
    • Monitor project schedules, permitting timelines, fabrication status, installation progress, and closeout activities.

Vendor Coordination
    • Support onboarding coordination, and ongoing management of vendors
    • Assist with supplier communication, bid coordination, proposal reviews, and design reviews.
    • Monitor vendor performance, schedule adherence, deliverables, and compliance with program standards.
    • Help identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor performance, logistics, permitting, and project execution
    • Maintain vendor trackers, reporting tools, and supplier performance documentation.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination
    • Support communication and coordination between Cresa's account team, vendors and suppliers
    • Participate in regular program meetings and provide updates on project status, risks, and key deliverables
    • Help ensure alignment between client expectations, operational priorities, and program execution activities

Operational Support
    • Prepare and distribute agendas, meeting minutes, and other related documents.
    • Support development and maintenance of program dashboards, trackers, reporting tools, and operational documentation.
    • Support data collection, management and quality across assigned program regions and projects.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) preferred, with a minimum of 3-5 years of design or construction management experience preferred for interior or exterior signage programs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Acrobat Professional or Bluebeam.
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings, manage small commercial project budgets and analyze contractor and subcontractor pricing.
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams while working independently to resolve project-level issues.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work onsite in accordance with client's requirements of 3 days per week in office in Purchase, NY.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
