The OpportunityWe're looking for a Program Manager, Strategy & Operations to join the Strategy and Business Operations team in Adobe's Creativity + Productivity (C+P) organization. We're an energized team of strategists and operations leaders working on high priority projects and processes.
In this role, you'll lead high-impact operational programs that shape how C+P plans, operates, and allocates its most important resource: its people. You'll focus on building and running the structures, processes, and tools that enable senior leaders to make faster, better-informed decisions, starting with the build-out of a new Headcount Planning and Operations Center of Excellence (COE). As that function matures, your scope will grow to include additional programs and operational priorities.
This is a high-visibility opportunity to do work that matters, working directly with the Director of Strategy & Operations, partnering across internal teams and strategy and operations leads. Whatyou'll doProgram LeadershipLead the design and execution of strategic operational programs from initiation through steady-state, with limited oversight - starting with the HC Planning and Operations COE
Define workplans, achievements, governance structures, and success measures; create momentum across concurrent workstreams
Build and maintain program artifacts that are clear and usable by others
Stakeholder Engagement and CommunicationPrepare executive-ready materials for senior audiences
Facilitate alignment across cross-functional partners and strategy and operations leads
Translate operational complexity into clear recommendations and concise communication tailored to each audience
Process Design , Reporting and GovernanceDocument current-state processes; diagnose gaps and inefficiencies with a focus on business impact
Design and implement improved workflows, approval processes, and operating cadences
Build dashboards, trackers, and reporting templates designed for scale
Synthesize data and insights to support planning, decision-making, and executive reporting
What you need to succeed- 6-10 years of experience in program management, strategy and operations, or business operations in a large, matrixed organization
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs independently - from structuring the problem through execution
- Strong fundamentals in program and project management: planning, workstream coordination, and reporting
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required; you will build executive-ready outputs regularly and without heavy direction
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with imperfect or incomplete data
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all levels, from working teams to executive stakeholders
- Sound judgment, high ownership, and the ability to make progress when not everything is defined
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $98,800 -- $202,250 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $139,700 - $202,250
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
