Full Job Description
The Business & TechnologyPortfolio Enablement team works to align IT Strategy with Business Strategy. Critical functions for the team include supporting the idea/project intake processes and facilitating the forecasts of capital, human resources, and infrastructure needed to support the evolving project portfolio. The team works with project portfolio tools and capacity reporting to provide insights and orchestrate the broader portfolio to maximize implementation delivery.

As the Program Manager of Business & Technology Portfolio Enablement, you will lead alignment between business priorities and technology delivery. You will be a partner with senior leadership to shape portfolio direction, optimize investment and capacity planning, and improve enterprise delivery outcomes through governance, insight, and operating model maturity. This is a subset of the overall responsibilities which will include multiple initiatives as assigned by IT leadership.

How you will spend your time:
  • Serve as a strategic liaison across business and technology organizations to align IT strategy with enterprise goals.
  • Lead portfolio prioritization across strategic, tactical, and operational initiatives.
  • Drive integrated planning for capital, human resources, and infrastructure to support evolving portfolio demand.
  • Evaluate project scope, dependencies, and resource assumptions to improve investment efficiency and delivery feasibility.
  • Partner with Lines of Business, IT, Product, and Operations leaders to recalibrate portfolio direction as business demand shifts.
  • Deliver executive-level insights through portfolio health metrics, trend analysis, and decision-ready reporting.
  • Identify systemic constraints and capacity risks early including recommending mitigation strategies to protect delivery commitments.
  • Advance PMO methodologies and planning practices to improve repeatability, transparency, and execution quality.
  • Ensure compliance with SDLC controls, corporate policy, and regulatory requirements while enabling delivery agility.
  • Lead ambiguity-to-clarity efforts by defining direction, governance expectations, and measurable outcomes.


We are excited to talk if you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in banking or financial services, including IT portfolio or program management.
  • Experience in portfolio management, strategic program leadership, enterprise PMO, or technology-business planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and facilitate decisions across complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong financial and operational acumen, including capacity planning and portfolio trade-off analysis.
  • Proven ability to develop executive reporting, communications, and process/user-adoption documentation.
  • Proven competency managing complex project plans, timelines, budgets, and critical paths.
  • Experience building executive dashboards and translating portfolio data into strategic recommendations.
  • Deep understanding of governance, risk/compliance, and delivery lifecycle controls in regulated environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.


Bonus Points if you have:
  • Banking or financial services industry experience.
  • Experience with ServiceNow SPM module and SharePoint.


Targeted compensation for this opening: The posted salary range reflects the broadest standard range for this role, including all locations. The anticipated compensation for this specific position is $140,000 - 155,000. This role is also eligible for annual incentive pay.

Compensation Ranges:

US Employees in California, Washington DC, New Jersey, and New York:
$83,810 - $131,550

US Employees in Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin:
$76,520 - $120,210

US Employees in all other states not listed above:
$69,230 - $109,120
