In This Role

In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone of a large engineering and research site, partnering closely with site leadership and cross-functional teams to drive execution, engagement, and culture. You will help establish and maintain business rhythms, support strategic initiatives, and enhance the overall employee experience. This position requires a highly collaborative and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and is passionate about creating a positive, inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with site leadership to establish and maintain a strong rhythm of business (RoB) that drives execution of key priorities.
  • Support and contribute to strategic initiatives and cross-functional programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop execution plans, success metrics, and communication strategies for key initiatives.
  • Collaborate with communications teams to deliver internal messaging (e.g., meetings, presentations, milestones) and external engagement (e.g., universities, partners, community outreach).
  • Drive programs that enhance employee engagement, inclusion, and culture across the site.
  • Work with HR, diversity and inclusion leaders, and other stakeholders to foster a positive and innovative work environment.
  • Coordinate and execute events, meetings, offsites, and community partnerships.
  • Partner with finance and business stakeholders on budget planning, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Monitor and report on program progress, ensuring alignment with defined success metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships across teams and organizations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and simplify operations.
  • Exercise sound judgment and professionalism when working with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications
  • 7-9 years of experience in business operations, program management, or a related field.
  • Experience working within large, complex organizations.
  • Strong partnership and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to execute projects with strong organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools such as spreadsheets, presentations, and document software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Must be located within a reasonable commuting distance of the work site.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting engineering, research, or technical organizations.

Compensation Information

At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.

For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $150000-160000 USD/hourly. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate's qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
