Job OverviewJob OverviewThe Program Manager Business is a highly visible role responsible for tactically driving end-to-end execution of the Digital Data Networks Sample Program supporting AI and hyperscale customers. This role exists to improve customer responsiveness by aligning cross-functional teams, driving accountability, removing organizational barriers, and ensuring critical customer commitments are executed with speed and excellence. This role will work across divers stakeholders including Engineering, Sales, FAE, Product Management, Project Management Engineering, Customer Care, Supply Chain, Quality, MPDE, Finance and Operations.
Job Requirements- Daily interaction with cross-functional team members to execute end to end process of samples. Includes functions like Sales, Engineering, Customer Care, Supply Chain, and GTS.
- Own the order creation in SAP for critical sample orders. Knowledge and understanding of SAP is important.
- Create/manage materials set up for sample products related to AI customer orders.
- Ability to interpret requirements and communicate importance throughout process to multiple stakeholders.
- Track and follow-up on key milestones related to the building and expedites on sample orders.
- Be transformational by taking existing processes and find new ways to define path of success. Remove roadblocks and work to constantly improve delivery and overall sample performance.
- Able to execute by influencing teams without direct authority, aligning priorities, and driving accountability to achieve customer commitments.
- Comfortable operating in highly ambiguous, fast-moving environments with evolving customer priorities.
- Experience with various tools to manage order management including SAP, RTS, SMS, SFDC, and AI.
- Can clearly communicate issues/concerns with team members and leadership.
- Cultivate constructive tension when needed to challenge assumptions, align priorities, and accelerate decision-making process.
What your background should look like- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred
- 2-5 years managing tactical actions around a highly visible customer, project, or technical program.
- Experience managing organizational change or business transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated success influencing leaders and cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
- Strong ability to lead through influence in fast-paced and global environments.
- Experience with manufacturing operations and product development lifecycles.
- Skilled in managing highly visible programs and critical path analysis.
- Technically adept with a strong grasp of engineering strategy, operations, and portfolio management.
- Good command of English in both spoken and written
CompetenciesCOMPENSATION• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $95,400 - $119,200 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
