Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

 

The Program Manager is responsible for reviewing pricing requests, contract-related documentation, and business exceptions to ensure compliance with organizational programs and operational requirements within the client's ecosystem.

 

This role will be key to helping implement new programs and serves as a key partner to sales, finance, operations, and other cross-functional teams, providing program guidance on contract structures, pricing scenarios, documentation requirements, approval processes, and exception management. The ideal candidate combines strong critical thinking skills, business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Evaluate deal attributes for compliance with organizational programs and policies, such as contract duration, pricing structure, discount levels, and approval prerequisites, to determine whether contracts meet program requirements.
  • Advise sellers, account executives, or deal owners on necessary modifications to help bring deals into program alignment.
  • Coordinate with program owners and other leadership teams for exception considerations.
  • Case management: monitor inbound requests and create/manage case records to ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • 2-4 years of experience in project/program coordination, contracts, compliance, finance, consulting, legal operations, or related fields.
  • Understanding of general financial calculations, including discounting, proration, and currency conversions.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to navigate ambiguity and apply sound judgment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong critical-thinking skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new technologies, systems, and business processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with emphasis on Outlook and Excel.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • Occasional infrequent in person activity may be required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Experience working in governance, compliance, finance, legal operations, contract management, or commercial operations environments.
  • Advanced Excel and/or Power BI skills, including formulas, data analysis, lookups, and reporting.
  • Experience working with CRM, ERP, contract management, or workflow management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.
