JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead overall project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure successful program execution.
* Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and operational resources to meet project deliverables and customer expectations.
* Collaborate with department leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
* Monitor project timelines, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain delivery commitments.
* Manage customer contracts, service level agreements, and qualification requirements while maintaining strong client relationships.
* Participate in sales support and bid development activities to help secure new business opportunities.
* Provide regular updates and status communications to customers, leadership teams, and internal stakeholders.
* Perform financial analysis, cost tracking, and budget forecasting to support operational and business objectives.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on manufacturing efficiency, production processes, and operational performance.
* Oversee team assignments, monitor project performance, and provide leadership support in fast-paced environments.
* Prepare and maintain project documentation, reporting materials, and customer communications.
* Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and applicable industry regulations.
* Support additional engineering and program management functions as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Master"s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Management) or related STEM field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and contract management.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as MS Project.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
* Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, complex manufacturing environments with tight deadlines.
* Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, operations, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE:
* Experience working in manufacturing or production environments, preferably within the aerospace industry.
* Strong background in project planning, scheduling, budget ownership, and cost control.
* Experience with financial analysis and process optimization initiatives.
* Understanding of continuous improvement strategies and manufacturing efficiency methodologies.
* Familiarity with compliance regulations, quality standards, and information security practices within regulated industries.
* Exposure to sales support, bid development, or customer proposal processes is preferred.
* Ability to manage customer expectations while balancing operational priorities and project deliverables.
