We are hiring a Program Manager (PMO) of Asset Integration based in Toronto to help scale Focus Categories in partnership with internal and external asset teams. What you will accomplish:
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of complex asset integration programs from concept through launch, aligning execution with business goals and growth priorities across Global Focus Categories.
  • Partner with internal teams and external customers across each stage of the asset integration lifecycle to support scalable planning, discovery, execution, and delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional program discussions that improve readiness, clarify dependencies, and accelerate decision-making across product, engineering, business, design, and partner teams.
  • Proactively identify delivery risks, blockers, and operational gaps, and implement mitigation plans that keep programs moving with quality and efficiency.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders by providing clear program updates, managing escalations, and building alignment across multiple partner teams.
  • Strengthen operational excellence by establishing governance frameworks and improving tooling and automation for program tracking, visibility, and accountability.

What you will bring:
  • 5+ years of experience working directly with product and engineering teams on software development initiatives.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, product management, or a related role leading large-scale, cross-functional programs.
  • Experience managing technical roadmaps, defining requirements, and partnering on system or integration planning in complex environments.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders, build consensus, and navigate ambiguity across internal teams, external partners, and leadership audiences.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and program leadership skills, along with hands-on experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Airtable, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work from the Toronto eBay office 3 days per week and travel occasionally to other U.S. and global locations as needed.
