The Program Manager will serve as Axyde's senior onsite representative and lead staffing, transition, operations, quality control, training, reporting and customer coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Lead program mobilization and the anticipated 30-day transition.
- Direct casualty case-management, survivor-benefits, claims, correspondence and repatriation-support teams.
- Maintain qualified staffing and cross-trained backup coverage.
- Manage workload, backlog, accuracy, timeliness and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with Army privacy, security, records and training requirements.
- Brief Axyde and Government leadership on performance, staffing and risk.
- Oversee monthly status reports and contract deliverables.
- Maintain contingency and continuity-of-operations readiness.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant management experience.
- Five or more years managing federal administrative, personnel, casualty, survivor-support or comparable service programs.
- Experience supervising a multidisciplinary onsite workforce.
- Direct CMAOD, CASS, DCIPS or military casualty-operations experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional judgment, discretion, leadership and written communication.
Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain the required background investigation, Common Access Card and any position-specific security clearance.
