  • Manage workflow intake from surveys, Slack, office hours, and team conversations; prioritize work, manage change, and negotiate deadlines and deliverables with stakeholders.

  • Help teams find recurring workflows worth building, and partner with AI Enablement Engineers to scope first wins.

  • Coordinate AI workflow sessions, small-group support, office hours, and follow-ups, and keep stakeholders informed.

  • Identify risks and blockers, track them, drive consensus on mitigation, and raise issues to senior team members when needed.

  • Define adoption KPIs and partner with operations to implement tracking and post-launch reporting.

  • Define process-improvement plans that match the cadence of the business and the team's goals.

  • Create regular updates for leaders and teams, and make shared wins visible so teams learn from each other.

  • Package early wins into playbooks, examples, templates, and repeatable motions other teams adopt.
