Computer Technologies Consultants (CTC) is seeking a Program Manager to support NIWC Pacific Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) and the NIWC Pacific Comptroller Department in San Diego, CA.

Job Description:

The scope of this effort is to obtain project management and technical support services required to assist the Business Systems Branch (82500) and the Financial Systems Branch (11500) with carrying out its duties and responsibilities to develop and sustain Navy ERP, Business Intelligence system, Business Applications system, and Automation tools.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's level degree in Computer, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Mathematics with field of concentration in computer science.
  • 7+ years of professional experience managing computer design, software development or computer networks programs.
  • Project risk identification, analysis, mitigation planning, and tracking. Experience developing master schedules, project plans, briefing materials, issue papers, and ad-hoc reports using MS Office.
  • IAT Level II required (Must hold at least one baseline industry certification, such as CompTIA Security+ CE, SSCP, CySA+, or GSEC.)
  • PMP certification preferred.


Security Clearance:
  • Must have a Secret clearance (min.)


Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $135k-$150k++

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
