The Contractor will assist with the deployment of technical operational capabilities as well as programmatic strategy development for these complex technical solutions. The work will be performed in a team environment, requiring polished skills in concept development and execution, as well as the ability to manage a moderate, fast-paced workload.

- Demonstrated experience with oversight of IT development teams.
- Demonstrated experience providing technical support and training to a broad client base, both technical and non-technical.
- Demonstrated experience understanding emerging technical trends.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating between technical development teams and operational stakeholders to successfully deploy technology to the field.
- Demonstrated experience in systems integration and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in systems engineering and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience supporting technical IT operations.
