Job Description

Oversees the implementation and maintenance of functional business programs.

Responsibilities

Assists in the creation of detailed program plans with timelines and key milestones; Identifies potential risks and blockers for execution. Monitors and tracks progress against program plans ensuring we meet schedules, milestones, resources, and other key performance indicators (KPI). Provides regular status updates to Program Managers leveraging data and analytics; Proactively escalates issues early or in a timely manner. Assists in the development and implementation of standards for documentation to include standard operating procedures (SOPs), job aids, and other communication materials. Identifies opportunities for process improvements and provides recommendations to Program team leadership. Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years combined experience with project management, data analysis and direct business experience within a specialized function. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field. Ability to work cross-functionally with functional and technical teams. Experience with building and managing reporting tools to support Programs; such as scorecards and KPI metrics to further drive insights around our program strategy. Strong experience with Excel. Must be self-directed and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Must be comfortable working in ambiguous situations. Excellent interpersonal skills. Depending on the job there may be additional minimum requirements and/or preferred qualifications.
