Job Description

The Business Readiness and Deployment Manager plays a key role in supporting Nordstrom's Merchandising Organization by deploying training and enablement solutions that drive successful business outcomes. This role collaborates closely with the Learning and Leadership Center of Excellence in HR, as well as the NMG Process and Program teams, to ensure the smooth rollout of new processes, tools, and initiatives. A strategic problem solver, this individual is skilled at simplifying complex concepts and is responsible for developing, executing, and sustaining training and deployment strategies that enable organizational adoption. The ideal candidate brings expertise in stakeholder engagement, project planning, change management, process improvement, building instructional materials, and performance measurement.

A day in the life...

  • Partner with cross-functional teams including HR Learning & Leadership, NMG Process and Program, and Enterprise Ops to develop, deploy, and sustain training programs that support key business initiatives.


  • Create people-centric training content tailored for varied learning styles, simplifying complex topics for end-user understanding.


  • Facilitate training sessions, effectively engaging and educating large groups.


  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and align programs with business objectives to ensure smooth adoption of new systems, tools, and processes.


  • Leverage data and feedback to measure training effectiveness and continuously improve deployment strategies.


  • Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions in order to achieve business milestones.


  • Act as a subject matter expert, guiding teams through change and reinforcing best practices for long-term success.

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations.
Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
$93,500.00 - $155,000.00 Annual
