Job Description
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a highly experienced Program Integrator in the F-16
Upgrade Programs portfolio, focusing on the execution and day to day operations for the F-16 Poland Viper Upgrade Program. Candidate will work with Senior Program Managers and Functional Organizations to assist in day to day program execution. Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or equivalent combined work experience/education
• Project/Program Management or CAM experience
• Knowledge of Opportunity & Risk identification and management
• Experience leading cross functional teams
• Experience communicating with executive level management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications; expertise in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with the IFG Line of Business and
Aeronautics business processes
Desired skills
• Experience with the IFG Line of Business and
Aeronautics business processes
• Strong written, verbal communication and
presentation skills
• Working knowledge of F-16 configurations and
capabilities, including subsystems
• Experience with F-16 software and hardware
development & release process for modifications
or production programs
• Experience with F-16 Product Lifecycle and
Sustainment Organization Value Chain, including
software management systems such as ILIAS
• Experience preparing proposal documentation,
statements of work and cost estimates
• Experience with interaction among all levels of
LM functional organizations, including
engagements with Tier 1 and 2 executives
• Experience with USG customer and external
engagements with foreign partners in an FMS or
DCS program
• Program execution experience and familiarity
with associated LM Aeronautics tools and
processes
• Experience with extracting financial data from ledgers (e.g. SAP)
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $134,000 - $236,325. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $154,100 - $267,145. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
