Job DescriptionYou will be the Program Management, Sr Staff for the Sustainment Global Supply PMO team which is responsible for advancing F-35 fleet readiness and supply performance.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Program Management, Sr Staff you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of F-35 supply performance in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and oversee F-35 supply performance across cross-functional teams.
- Drive standard work and metric-based processes to close risk gaps in performance projections.
- Partner with the JPO, OSD, international partners, and U.S. Service stakeholders to align program resourcing strategies.
- Manage annualized and SAHW contract execution, ensuring PIF compliance and contract performance.
- Guide data-intensive initiatives, ensuring scalability, data quality, and actionable insights.

Further Information About This OpportunityMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an interim Secret clearance prior to start.
Basic Qualifications• Bachelors Degree or higher.
• Experience with Program Performance Management (PPM) / Earned Value Management (EVM) as a Certified CAM and/or PM, DPM, EPM, MPM or IPT Lead.
• Experience developing detailed plans/schedules in support of technical/production requirements.
• Experience leading and driving program teams and technical/production efforts to on time completion.
• Experience leading diverse cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
• Experience presenting and conveying focused messages to program leadership and external customers.
Desired skills• 3+ years of PM, DPM, EPM or MPM experience leading, planning and executing programs
• 5+ years of practical experience with Program Performance Management (PPM) / Earned Value Management (EVM) as a Certified CAM and/or PM, DPM, EPM, MPM or IPT Lead
• Experience with F-35 programs or other weapons systems platforms
• Technical experience to guide and direct technical issues, such as logistics management, supply chain management, configuration and change management.
• Ability to demonstrate strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills
• Active Secret Clearance
Ability to work remotelyPart-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $134,000 - $236,325. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $154,100 - $267,145. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
