Job DescriptionYou will be the Program Management Sr Staff - Level 5 for the F-35 Deputy Office which is responsible for overseeing F-35 Program SVSI/WSVI and managing F-35 FEAs.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Program Management Sr Staff - Level 5 you will be responsible for leading end-to-end program execution, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance meet mission objectives while serving as the primary customer liaison.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Direct all phases of program execution from inception through completion, maintaining cost, schedule, and technical targets.
- Lead contract negotiations, proposal development, and financial terms to secure favorable outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams-including engineering, manufacturing, and administration-to deliver milestones and resolve program issues.
- Conduct customer program reviews, present performance data, and drive corrective actions.
- Define design concepts and engineering strategies for product research, development, integration, and testing.

Ability to work remotelyPart-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $134,000 - $236,325. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
