About the role:

What You'll Do
  • Own the delivery of All-Up Rounds for the Air Dominance portfolio, ensuring the program meets cost, schedule, and performance targets.
  • Support final-assembly and test operations at the Troy, AL site by leading and coordinating the cross-functional program support team based in Orlando.
  • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with the Troy team-acting as a servant leader who removes obstacles and keeps the program running smoothly.
  • Balance rapid process maturity with the need to meet output commitments of increasing production volume.
  • Serve as a key customer liaison, leading regular program reviews to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.

Basic Qualifications

Candidate must possess an Active DoD Secret clearance with investigation within the last 5 years.

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, a related field or equivalent work experience.

Program Management experience in aerospace/defense, preferably on high complexity weapon or avionics systems or program production operations experience managing missile or missile subsystems.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and to remove production barriers in a complex, regulated environment.

Proven ability to work multiple, high-priority tasks in parallel with minimal direction.

Desired Skills

Program management experience specifically responsible for the production of complex missile systems.

Experience leading cross-functional teams in a concurrent production and development environment.

Experience managing the production of missile systems and/or missile sub-systems.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $182500.00 - $338900.00

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Flexible work arrangements and schedules (e.g., 4x10), 401(k) match, Paid time off, Holidays, Parental Leave, EAP, Flexible Spending Accounts, Education Assistance, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability.
  • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
