About the role:What You'll Do- Own the delivery of All-Up Rounds for the Air Dominance portfolio, ensuring the program meets cost, schedule, and performance targets.
- Support final-assembly and test operations at the Troy, AL site by leading and coordinating the cross-functional program support team based in Orlando.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with the Troy team-acting as a servant leader who removes obstacles and keeps the program running smoothly.
- Balance rapid process maturity with the need to meet output commitments of increasing production volume.
- Serve as a key customer liaison, leading regular program reviews to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.

Basic QualificationsCandidate must possess an Active DoD Secret clearance with investigation within the last 5 years.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, a related field or equivalent work experience.
Program Management experience in aerospace/defense, preferably on high complexity weapon or avionics systems or program production operations experience managing missile or missile subsystems.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and to remove production barriers in a complex, regulated environment.
Proven ability to work multiple, high-priority tasks in parallel with minimal direction.
Desired SkillsProgram management experience specifically responsible for the production of complex missile systems.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a concurrent production and development environment.
Experience managing the production of missile systems and/or missile sub-systems.
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $182500.00 - $338900.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
