Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred.
• 3 years of experience in program management or related fields, particularly in manufacturing environments.
• Background in electronics manufacturing, PCBA, EMS, or System Integration is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills are crucial.
• Proficient multitasker with the ability to manage competing priorities in a cross-functional setting.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Oracle, Agile/PLM, Jira, and Confluence is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer programs and coordinate internal activities to meet customer needs.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, overseeing daily communications and deliverables.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues such as late shipments or rework requirements to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate program data to support customer interactions and manufacturing timelines.
• Prepare and present various customer-related reports using tools like Gantt charts and MS Project schedules.
• Launch RFQs in Jira and MRRs in Confluence, ensuring timely follow-ups with relevant teams.
• Identify priorities and risks within programs, driving necessary actions aligned with customer and business objectives.
